The coaches
As you would expect from a coach, trainer and facilitator, we are genuinely interested and good listeners. We also see and understand between the words. We are well educated and certified, but never out of our depth.
Below we have tried to characterize the coaches with a few words.
Niels van de Walle
Scherp, nieuwsgierig en kalm
Als marketingleider bij Nike en Sonos en oprichter van creative agency Sid Lee Amsterdam was het altijd al zijn drive om talent van diverse nationaliteiten te laten bloeien en bij elkaar te brengen tot hechte teams. Niels helpt leiders met groeipijn en de moed om in de spiegel te kijken om stappen te zetten die echt passen bij hun kernwaarden. Omdat het juist daar vaak oncomfortabel wordt. Niels is coach, trainer en facilitator.
Louis Stam
Cheerful, empathetic and thorough.
After law school, Louis started his own fitness business, where he found his passion: guiding people to a healthy balance between body and mind. Based on the belief that a strong mind can only flourish in a healthy body, he grew to become a coach, trainer and facilitator. Louis makes individuals and teams stronger, more resilient and sustainable, with a sharp focus on mental fitness. He connects people and teams and guides them to build resilience and strength. Specializing in burnout prevention and stress management.
Alexa Kuit
Revealing, open-minded and candid.
Alexa made a career with the NS and in the world of consulting and there figured out that the world would be a lot nicer if people understood each other better. So she decided to take a course with the unusual title of Non Verbal Strategy Analysis. Now she is a Master in it. Alexa uncovers your nonverbal impact. So that as a leader you start to understand what you are triggering and as a team where the “fuss” arises. This makes collaboration more natural and effective for everyone.
Serge Steijn
Inspiring, clear and courageous.
At a young age Serge started advertising agency Doom&Dickson which was successful for ten years and was sold to TBWA/. His love for developing companies in which people can flourish started there. After an interlude in Latin America, he picked up that thread again. He took several international courses and has been working as a leadership coach and trainer for many years now.
Lodewijk van der Peet
Energetic, life experience and stimulating.
After the Rietveld Academy, Lodewijk started as a junior at an advertising agency and made a flashy career in the communications world. To eventually set up his own company where he experienced successes and committed some decent flaws. More and more people came to his desk for advice. Thus arose the idea of becoming a coach and facilitator. More recently, he has also specialized in loss and grief coaching.
