A series
of sessions
A coaching program always begins with an informal introduction after which we propose a program. At the end of the first conversation you decide if you want to work with us. Most of the times, a program consists of a series of six or ten conversations (sessions). To properly determine what our coaching will bring you, a number of six sessions is the starting point. After which you can decide whether you want to continue.
First we test
We usually start a process with a general questionnaire and personality tests. This way we gain insight into your outlook on life and motivations. In the first session(s) we discuss the results of the questionnaire and the tests. Together we sharpen your personal goal. In the following sessions we actively work on the goal you have identified. In the last session we look at whether enough progress towards this goal has been achieved and what the next steps might be.
Confidential
What we discuss is confidential. Completely confidential. No one, including employers paying for your coaching – gets information about the content of the sessions. We can kick off our sessions with a joint discussion with your employer and also end it again with the three of us. It’s up to you.
Where are we located?
We coach at different locations of Spaces and Het Coachhuis. In Bergen we have a nice place of our own. If you prefer, we can also meet outside for a walking session. Online sessions are of course also possible.

After the no-obligation intake you will receive a proposal, after which you can decide if you want to proceed with us.
